Our Letter & Number Celebration Boards are perfect for marking life’s most meaningful moments. Whether celebrating a milestone birthday, an anniversary, a graduation year, initials, engagement, or commemorating a special date, these boards add a beautiful, customized touch to your event.

Each board is crafted in the shape of your chosen letter or number and arranged with premium meats, cheeses, fruits, chocolates, cookies, sweets, nuts, dips, spreads, and decorative accents. Boards are styled intentionally to highlight the shape while ensuring abundant, visually stunning presentation.

These celebration boards pair beautifully with hotel room surprises, family gatherings, proposals, baby showers, milestone birthdays, Disney Aulani celebrations, and large parties.

Enjoy complimentary white-glove delivery anywhere in Ko Olina, including in-room delivery to Disney Aulani, Four Seasons, Marriott, Beach Villas, and Ko Olina vacation rentals. Delivery to the rest of Oahu is available for a fee based on location and delivery time availability.

BASE Price (per letter or number): Multiple letters or numbers may be ordered—each priced individually.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Delivery

  • Complimentary white-glove delivery within Ko Olina
  • Islandwide delivery available for a fee
  • Delivery is available from 9:00am–7:00pm 7 days a week, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please be sure to specify your requested delivery date and 30-minute delivery window at checkout. If your requested date & delivery window cannot be accommodated, we will reach out promptly to discuss available options

 Lead Time & Availability

  • We typically require a 2–3-day turnaround for the classic no restriction option and 3-5 days on those with allergy considerations, dietary restrictions, or custom requests and bulk orders, which may require additional preparation time

Delivery Address & Details

  • Enter the hotel or delivery address as the shipping location
  • In the Notes / Special Instructions section, please include:
    1. Hotel or resort name-Resort tower and room number (enter TBD if not yet assigned)
    2. Rental or private residence details, including gate codes or access instructions
    3. Recipient name and contact number if the gift is for someone other than the ordering customer
    4. Whether the delivery is a surprise
    5. Any celebration details (birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc.)

Allergy & Dietary Information

  • Please confirm all allergies and food restrictions before checkout
  • Choose “Classic: No Restriction or Allergies: option only if nor allergies or restrictions. This contains nuts, dairy, gluten, seeds, soy, and other ingredients that may trigger allergies. For any other restriction, please choose “ With Allergies & Restrictions: Nut or Gluten-free or Vegan” option and list all applicable allergies or restrictions in the notes section.

  • For additional customization, go to Charcuterie Board Add-Ons (note cards, greeting toppers, etc. ). Follow the prompts and be sure to add the item/s to your cart.
  • Any additional preferences or requests should be entered in the Special Notes section at checkout. Example: color preferences or event themes (e.g., birthday, anniversary, Disney, tropical).
  • For multi-letter or multi-number orders, specify each Letter or Number shape in the notes.
