Our Fresh Fruit Cakes are a refreshing, elegant, and wholesome alternative to traditional desserts. Each cake is made entirely from hand-carved fresh fruits, carefully assembled to create a stunning centerpiece for birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, wellness-focused celebrations, or simply as a delicious tropical treat.
We use a wide assortment of premium fruits including watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, oranges, apples, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, nectarines, pears, dragon fruit, lychee, lilikoi, star fruit, and other seasonal fruits available in Hawaiʻi. Flowers and herbs are used for garnishing.
Every cake is crafted on the same day as delivery to ensure maximum freshness, texture, and visual appeal.
We provide complimentary white-glove delivery within Ko Olina, including direct hotel suite or Airbnb delivery. Delivery to the rest of Oahu is available for a fee based on location and schedule availability.
