personalized assistance, we are always happy to help.
Certainly. Many of our guests choose to reserve their selections well ahead of arrival.
Advance ordering allows you to secure current pricing while ensuring your preferred
delivery arrangements. Completed non-perishable items may be held for safekeeping until
your visit.
PREPARATION AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Because each item is thoughtfully prepared, turnaround times vary by product type.
Classic Charcuterie Boards (no restrictions): typically 2–3 business days
Specialty Charcuterie Boards (dietary/allergy-specific): typically 3–5 business days
Custom Engraved Items (surfboards, custom wood boards, and engraving items): typically
3–4 business days
Grazing Tables and Catering Services: advance coordination is recommended.
Yes — when scheduling permits. A rush fee applies to orders requesting fulfillment sooner
than the standard turnaround time. When available, rush options will appear during
checkout.
DELIVERY AND COORDINATION
We specialize in direct hand delivery throughout Ko Olina, including Disney Aulani, Four
Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club, and residences within Ko
Olina. Island-wide Oahu delivery is also available.
Yes. We are pleased to coordinate delivery with your designated recipient or authorized
designee.
Certainly. We regularly assist with surprise gifting experiences while preserving the
surprise element whenever requested.
ENGRAVING AND CUSTOMIZATION
All engraving text is processed exactly as submitted. Lettering, capitalization, spacing, and
punctuation will appear precisely as entered.
Yes. Custom artwork and design requests are evaluated individually. Pricing and
turnaround times vary based on complexity.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom-made and perishable nature of many of our offerings, all customized
items are considered final and are not eligible for refunds. Perishable items are non-
refundable once preparation has begun.
