Aloha Palms Hospitality provides luxury grazing table and charcuterie catering services designed to elevate any event with a show-stopping display of premium ingredients presented with artistry and aloha.

 

Our grazing tables range from intimate spreads for small gatherings to expansive, multi-tiered installations for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, conferences, birthdays, family reunions, retreat groups, and milestone celebrations. Each display is tailored to your event size, theme, dietary needs, and aesthetic preferences.

 

Each grazing table includes a customized selection of curated meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, crackers, breads, nuts (optional), chocolates, sweets, dips, spreads, décor, greenery, florals, and themed accents. We also accommodate nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, and mixed dietary restrictions.

 

All services include full setup, styling, table linens (if needed), props, décor, white-glove presentation, and full breakdown/cleanup at the end of the event.

 

We provide complimentary grazing table delivery and setup within Ko Olina.

Islandwide service is available for a fee depending on distance, event size, and time.

 

Additional décor enhancements such as florals, fresh greenery, elevated risers, signage, and themed props may be added upon request.

1. PETITE GRAZING TABLE (Serves 20–30)

Perfect for small gatherings, hotel room celebrations, intimate events, or bridal suites.

2. STANDARD GRAZING TABLE (Serves 40–60)

Starting at $750

Our most popular option for birthdays, showers, and medium-size events.

3. LARGE GRAZING TABLE (Serves 60–75)

Starting at $1,200

Ideal for weddings, corporate retreats, extended families, and receptions.

4. GRAND GRAZING TABLE (Serves 75–100)

Custom Quote Required

Fully custom-designed display with premium ingredients, props, florals, and elevated presentation.

5. EXTRA-SMALL / ROOM-TOP SETUPS (Serves 4–6)

Starting at $250

Perfect for surprise celebrations at Disney Aulani or hotel rooms.

Includes full setup, styling, and cleanup.

Final pricing is determined by number of guests, table length, dietary restrictions, ingredient selection, and décor level (flat lay versus tiered set-up).

 

ORDERING INFORMATION:

  • Complimentary white-glove setup and breakdown within Ko Olina.
  • Islandwide service is available; travel fees apply based on location.
  • Please provide:

    • Complete Name, Email and Telephone number
    • Role as it relates to the event (Celebrant, Host, Party Coordinator, Event Planner, HR or Marketing, Corporate team member, etc.)
    • Event date & time
    • Requested set-up time. Note that Setup typically begins with a minimum of 1 hour prior to event start time.
    • Anticipated service time (Grazing table opening to closing time)
    • Event/ Celebration type- Wedding, Anniversary, Baby Shower, Birthday, Vow renewal, etc.
    • Venue address and whether with or without Air conditioning
    • Access instructions (hotel ballroom, conference room, private home, etc.)
    • Expected guest count
    • Theme or color palette
    • Dietary restrictions, specify type and for how many people per restriction

 

  • A follow-up email will confirm all details and pricing before payment is collected.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure catering date.
