Lead Time & Availability
- We typically require a 2–3-day turnaround for the Classic: no restriction option and 3-5 days on those with allergy considerations, dietary restrictions, custom requests and upgrades, or custom engraving which may require additional preparation time.
Delivery
- Complimentary white-glove delivery within Ko Olina
- Islandwide delivery available for a fee.
- We currently do not deliver or ship this product outside the island of Oahu.
- Delivery is available from 8:00am–8:00pm 7 days a week, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Holiday exceptions may apply.
- Please be sure to specify your requested delivery date and 30-minute delivery window at checkout. If your requested date & delivery window cannot be accommodated, we will reach out promptly to discuss available options Delivery Address & Details
- For in-person delivery anywhere in Oahu, choose “Ship” as the delivery option at check-out. Then enter the hotel or delivery address as the shipping location.

1. Hotel or resort name- Resort tower and room number (enter TBD if not yet assigned)
2. Rental or private residence details, including gate codes or access instructions
3. Recipient name and contact number if the gift is for someone other than the ordering customer
4. Whether the delivery is a surprise
5. Any celebration details (birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc.)
Allergy & Dietary Information
- Please confirm all allergies and food restrictions before checkout
- Choose “Classic: No Restriction or Allergies: option only if nor allergies or restrictions.This may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, seeds, soy, and other ingredients that may rigger allergies. For any other restrictions, please choose “With Allergies & Restrictions: Nut, Gluten, Vegan or other” option and list in the notes section all applicable allergies or restrictions

- For additional customizations, go to Charcuterie Board Add-Ons (note cards, greeting toppers, etc. ) Follow the prompts and be sure to add the item/s to your cart.
- Please specify the cheese lettering you would like on the “notes” section.
- Any additional preferences or requests should be entered in the Special Notes section at checkout
Engraving Option
- If you chose to upgrade engrave for an additional $25 on the Heart-Shaped wooden board, please indicate the exact wording you would like to be engraved. Case-sensitive. Due to size of the board, one line works best but may go up to 2 lines depending on word length.
