At Aloha Palms Hospitality, we design every grazing table by hand, from intimate spreads for small groups to large installations for 100 guests. Here's what to know as you plan.
What events are grazing tables good for?
- Weddings and vow renewals: a stunning welcome-hour or reception centerpiece.
- Corporate events: office parties, conferences, retreats and client receptions.
- Family celebrations: birthdays, baby showers, graduations, reunions and celebrations of life.
What size do I need?
- Extra-Small: about 5 to 10 guests, starting at $250.
- Petite: about 20 to 30 guests, starting at $600.
- Standard: about 40 to 60 guests, starting at $800.
- Large: about 60 to 75 guests, starting at $1,400.
- Grand: about 75 to 100 guests, custom quote.
These are starting prices. Your final quote depends on your guest count, a flat or tiered display, your menu and any dietary needs, and add-ons like florals, risers, signage or themed props.
What's included?
Every grazing table includes a curated selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers, breads, chocolates, sweets, dips and spreads, plus greenery, florals and themed accents. We handle full setup and styling, table linens if needed, and complete breakdown and cleanup at the end of your event.
We also accommodate nut-free, vegan, gluten-free and mixed dietary needs, so every guest has something to enjoy.
Where do you set up?
We set up anywhere on Oahu. Delivery and setup are complimentary within Ko Olina, and islandwide service is available for a fee based on distance, event size and timing. Indoor venues, resort ballrooms, backyards and outdoor tents all work. Just let us know about the space when you reach out.
How do I book?

- Check out with no payment. Your total shows $0.00, so you're only sending us your request.
- We reach out to talk through your event and send a custom quote.
- A 50% deposit secures your date once you approve the quote.
Popular dates fill quickly, especially weekends and the holiday season, so reach out as early as you can. Larger or bulk orders need at least 5 to 7 days' notice.
