  5. Refrigerate upon delivery.

Lead Time & Availability

  • We typically require a 2–3-day turnaround for the classic no restriction option and 3-5 days on those with allergy considerations, dietary restrictions, or custom requests and bulk orders, which may require additional preparation time

Delivery

  • Complimentary white-glove delivery within Ko Olina
  • Islandwide delivery available for a fee
  • Delivery is available from 9:00am–7:00pm 7 days a week, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please be sure to specify your requested delivery date and 30-minute delivery window at checkout. If your requested date & delivery window cannot be accommodated, we will reach out promptly to discuss available options

Delivery Address & Details

  • Enter the hotel or delivery address as the shipping location
  • In the Notes / Special Instructions section, please include:
  • Hotel or resort name - Resort tower and room number (enter TBD if not yet assigned)
  • Rental or private residence details, including gate codes or access instructions
  • Recipient name and contact number if the gift is for someone other than the ordering customer
  • Whether the delivery is a surprise
  • Any celebration details (birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc.)

Allergy & Dietary Information

  • Please confirm all allergies and food restrictions before checkout
  • Choose “Classic: No Restriction or Allergies: option only if nor allergies or restrictions. This contains nuts, dairy, gluten, seeds, soy, and other ingredients that may trigger allergies. For any other restriction, please choose “With Allergies & Restrictions: Nut, Gluten, Vegan or other” option and list all applicable allergies or restrictions in the notes section.
