Aloha Palms Hospitality provides luxury grazing table and charcuterie catering services designed to elevate any event with a show-stopping display of premium ingredients presented with artistry and aloha.
Our grazing tables range from intimate spreads for small gatherings to expansive, multi-tiered installations for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, conferences, birthdays, family reunions, retreat groups, and milestone celebrations. Each display is tailored to your event size, theme, dietary needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Grazing Table Pricing Guide
- Extra-Small Grazing Table — serves approx. 5–10 guests — Starting at $250
- Petite Grazing Table — serves approx. 20–30 guests — Starting at $600
- Standard Grazing Table — serves approx. 40–60 guests — Starting at $800
- Large Grazing Table — serves approx. 60–75 guests — Starting at $1,400
- Grand Grazing Table — serves approx. 75–100 guests — Custom quote
Final pricing is customized based on your selected setup (flat lay or tiered), menu and dietary needs, add-ons, rentals, guest count, and event requirements.
How It Works
- Choose your table size and display style, and tell us about your event below.
- Add to cart and check out — no payment is taken (your total will show $0.00).
- Joany will reach out to discuss your event and send a custom quote.
- Once you approve the quote, a 50% deposit secures your date.
Each grazing table includes a customized selection of curated meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, crackers, breads, nuts (optional), chocolates, sweets, dips, spreads, décor, greenery, florals, and themed accents. We also accommodate nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, and mixed dietary restrictions.
All services include full setup, styling, table linens (if needed), props, décor, white-glove presentation, and full breakdown/cleanup at the end of the event.
We provide complimentary grazing table delivery and setup within Ko Olina. Islandwide service is available for a fee depending on distance, event size, and time.
Additional décor enhancements such as florals, fresh greenery, elevated risers, signage, and themed props may be added upon request.
